YGN-524SF performs measurement of the eccentricity and internal diameter of a single core ferrule.
Rotate with the V-groove tool and roller and derive the eccentricity of the internal diameter (core) center with respect to a standard external form.
Measures with a high precision using rotating, light intensity control and image processing that are based on a mechanism and software that is designed and produced in-house.Measurement can be performed simply by placing the work and pressing a switch. An arbitrary standard value is entered for each item as an inspection function and an overall rating of OK or NG is displayed.
Two types of measurements for the ferrule capillary and fiber assembly can be taken with a single machine.
